Ultimate Divorce Clarity: Where to Start When You’re Considering Divorce

If you’re considering divorce but feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, a Divorce Clarity Intensive can give you a calm, focused place to start.

You may have questions about your marriage, your finances, your home, your future. You may be wondering whether you should speak with an attorney, a financial professional, a mediator, or someone else entirely.

And underneath all those questions may be an even bigger one.

Where do I begin?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you ask for help.

That’s exactly why I created the Divorce Clarity Intensive.

What Is a Divorce Clarity Intensive?

A Divorce Clarity Intensive is a focused coaching session for someone who is considering divorce. It is for someone beginning the divorce process, or simply feeling unsure about what to do next.

It gives you dedicated time to step away from the noise and talk through what is happening in your life with someone who understands the divorce process.

This session isn’t about telling you whether to stay married or pursue divorce.

As a divorce coach, my role isn’t to make that decision for you. My role is to help you slow things down, identify the questions that need answers, understand the resources available to you, and begin determining your next steps.

Sometimes clarity begins simply by knowing what you don’t know. It can illuminate what you need to learn for divorce clarity.

You May Not Be Ready for Ongoing Divorce Coaching

One reason I created the Divorce Clarity Intensive is because not everyone is ready to commit to weeks or months of divorce coaching.

You may simply need a solid place to begin.

Perhaps you’ve been thinking about divorce privately but haven’t spoken to an attorney.

Maybe you’ve already had an initial conversation with an attorney but walked away with even more questions.

You may be worried about finances, your home, retirement, or what life could look like after divorce.

Or perhaps you’re receiving advice from friends and family and have reached the point where everyone’s opinions are making the decision feel even harder.

A focused session gives us an opportunity to look specifically at your situation rather than everything that could potentially happen in a divorce.

What Can We Talk About During the Intensive?

Your circumstances are unique, so we tailor the session to what you need most.

We may talk about where you are emotionally, what concerns are keeping you stuck, what information you need to gather, questions you may want to ask an attorney or financial professional, the different divorce process options available, and what kind of professional support could be helpful.

Most importantly, we identify what deserves your attention now and what can wait.

Divorce can make everything feel urgent.

Usually, everything isn’t.

Creating some order around the questions and decisions in front of you can make the process feel much more manageable.

What a Divorce Coach Does—and Doesn’t Do

A divorce coach is not a substitute for an attorney, financial advisor, therapist, or other licensed professional.

I don’t provide legal or financial advice.

Instead, I help clients become more organized, informed, intentional, and confident as they navigate the decisions surrounding divorce.

I can also help you identify the right questions to ask each member of your professional support team.

You don’t need to know all of the answers before speaking with those professionals. But knowing what you want to ask—and why it matters—can help you make better use of those conversations.

Considering Divorce Doesn’t Mean You Have to Decide Today

This may be the most important thing I want someone considering divorce to understand.

Seeking information does not obligate you to get divorced.

Learning about your options isn’t the same as making a final decision.

Sometimes the first step isn’t filing for divorce.

It’s understanding your situation well enough to make an informed decision about what comes next.

That is what the Divorce Clarity Intensive provides: a calm, confidential place to begin. Together, we can sort through the questions, concerns, and possibilities in front of you.

Start With a Divorce Clarity Intensive

If you’re thinking about divorce but aren’t ready to commit to ongoing coaching—or you simply don’t know where to begin—the Divorce Clarity Intensive may be a good first step.

You don’t have to map out your entire future today.

We can begin with where you are right now, identify what you need to know, and create a clearer path toward your next step.
