What Is Divorce Coaching?
Divorce coaching is working with a specialist to help you outline and prepare for your divorce. I work with women in all stages of the divorce process from contemplation and preparation to those currently filing and even afterward.
A divorce coach will give you an outside party to express your fears, concerns, grief, loss, anxieties, traumas, and all the emotions you are feeling.
Divorce coaching is not therapy and it is not legal advice. Instead it helps you organize your thoughts, prepare emotionally, and begin understanding the decisions ahead.
I am not like a lawyer who is all business and has no emotions. I want to help you see the bigger picture and encourage you to look forward to your future.
We can’t live in the past.
What Is Divorce Mediation?
Collaborative divorce mediation is a more thoughtful, respectful way to navigate the divorce process. Rather than turning to a prolonged court battle, both spouses work together in a guided setting to address important decisions through productive conversation, balanced support, and clear communication.
With a mediator helping lead the process, discussions remain focused, structured, and forward-moving. This approach can help couples work through matters such as parenting arrangements, financial concerns, property division, and next steps in a way that feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
Collaborative divorce mediation is designed for those who want a more peaceful, private, and constructive path forward. It creates space for both people to feel heard, reduce unnecessary conflict, and reach thoughtful solutions with greater clarity, dignity, and care.
